LOCATION: Burr Ridge, IL
 
SHIFTS AND PAY: The standard pay rate for this role is $17.75/hour. You will be paid $17.75/hour for hours worked between 7am and 5pm. For the hours between 5pm-7am you will receive an additional shift differential of $1.50/hour.
 
  • For most roles, there are both day and night shift hours available.
  • We have full-time positions and part-time positions working weekends only
 
ROLES AVAILABLE:
  • Sanitation Associate – Cleaning food production equipment and surface areas; carrying out all the activities involved in maintaining cleanliness and a food safe environment in production areas, surrounding areas and equipment.
  • Production Associate - Food Prep – You will be processing, preparing, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. Required to prepare ingredients using tools such as food scales, measuring spoons and cups, etc., as needed. Report food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action
  • Kitchen Associate– You will be responsible for accurately preparing and packing ingredients for at-home recipe meal kits.
Work Environment
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is in a manufacturing and assembly environment and is regularly exposed to cool and/or cold temperatures (10º - 40º).
  • The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
 Qualifications:
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Able to work as part of a team and individually.
  • Attention to detail and quality control.
  • Able to stand on your feet and work between 8-12 hours per shift.
  • Able to grasp objects and lift up to 25-50lbs.
  • Able to work in a temperature-controlled environment.
  • Willing and able to work the entire schedule as we cannot accommodate partial shifts or early/late arrivals.
